Hearty Whole Grain Asian Salad



  • Shredded Napa cabbage
  • Pea shoots,
  • Shaved Daikon
  • Julienned carrots
  • Red peppers
  • Olivia's Hearty Whole Grain Croutons
  • Asian Dressing (recipe below)
  • Diced scallions
  • Sesame seeds.


  1. Mix dressing and let rest to allow flavors to meld.
  2. Combine shredded Napa cabbage, pea shoots, shaved daikon, and julienned carrots, and red peppers. Add Olivia's Hearty Whole Grain Croutons. Toss with dressing and top with diced scallions and sesame seeds.

Asian Dressing

  • 1 tablespoon freshly grated ginger
  • 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons of honey
  • 1 teaspoon of minced garlic
  • 2 tablespoons toasted sesame oil
  • 1/3 cup rice wine vinegar
  • ½ cup sunflower oil
  • Pinch of red pepper flakes
  1. Mix dressing and let rest to allow flavors to meld.
